Review questions we’re often asked for a clearer picture of what working with Werkaholix and executing your plan, often looks like.

Building a website can take anywhere from a few short weeks to a handful of months depending on the magnitude of your project and how long it takes to both develop the technology and gather the content that the site will be comprised of.

With that said, the typically website is turned around inside of 14 days from agreement completion.

We do the design every time. We have a team of designers and developers who serve our clients full time which enables not only fast response times but consistent quality across the entirety of your project.

We prefer to design/develop from the ground up but depending on time frame requirements, budgets and other, templates can be an option to consider and certainly have their place in the right situation.

We certainly can assist you in the acquisition of your domain and setup of your hosting but we always encourage our customers to maintain these things in their own account. This just ensure the safety of your website long term should something unexpected happen and you’re unable to access your developers accounts to manage your IP.

This of course depends on the scope of the project and the letter of the agreement but both our options. We often imbed multiple video tutorials in the backside of our customers websites so they have the resources to make simple to even complex changes without having to enlist our services. For those who prefer to dedicate their time to other tasks and have the confidence their changes were done by an expert, we certainly welcome the opportunity to maintain your site(s).

In digital marketing the only assurance you have is in the credibility of your marketing partner. With as fast as digital marketing changes what worked yesterday may not be as effective today. What is important is you understand this isn’t a sprint but a marathon and partner with a marketing team that lives digital marketing around the clock. Do that and your website will consistently gain momentum.

Absolutely. Werkaholix is primarily referral based and we prefer that. In general, we offer a $250 referral incentive but contingent on the magnitude of your project, the incentives could be even larger. Talk to your project manager at time of referral and we’ll make sure our appreciation for your referral is evident.

Considering the nature of web development and the upfront costs involved, it is our policy to be paid entirely at agreement completion. This will keep the project on time and moving toward the finish line. In rare instances, we have taken an ownership interest in certain projects in return for our contributions. We also set aside funds throughout the year and donate our services to noble causes when circumstances justify it.
